Cancellation policy:
1. Upon receiving the above form, we will make reservations and reply to you with a reference number as confirmation.
2. There will be no penalty if the reservation is cancelled 10 days prior to check in date.
3. A 1/2 day room charge cancellation penalty will be applied if the reservation is cancelled 9 to 4 days prior to check in date; and 1 day room charge will be applied if the reservation is cancelled 3 to 1 day prior to check in date. There will be no refund for NO SHOW cases.
