| Cancellation policy: |
1. Upon receiving the payment,a confirmation number will be send to you immediately.
2. Cancellation has to be made via email or fax, please indicate your confirmation number.
3. There will be no penalty if the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to check in date.
4. A 1/2 day room charge cancellation penalty will be applied if the reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to check in date; and 1 day room charge will be applied if the reservation is cancelled within 14 days to check in date. There will be no refund for NO SHOW cases.
